Requirements
- High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
- Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
- Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of job-related policies.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
- Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
- Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
- Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.
- Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.
- Documenting and processing orders for shipment.
- Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
- Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
- Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
- Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
- Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
