Requirements

  • High School Diploma, Associate Degree or higher, preferred.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, and deliver projects within deadlines.
  • Able to communicate positively and clearly with peers, managers, and customers.
  • Proficient in MS Office software, including Excel.
  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of job-related policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining inventory controls in office and warehouse environments.
  • Taking and logging parts orders for dealers and homeowners.
  • Reviewing parts orders with purchasing to ensure materials are available to pull.
  • Reviewing orders to ensure that the quantities are correct in the systems and that the correct parts were pulled.
  • Packaging and shipping parts to customers within 7 days.
  • Documenting and processing orders for shipment.
  • Coordinating with dealer, homeowner, and transportation service to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Filing paperwork on a regular, if not daily basis.
  • Communicate positively and frequently with customers to set delivery expectations.
  • Following up internally and externally until claim is resolved.
  • Creating individual process to improve our customers’ experience, as needed, and reevaluating individual processes from improved customer experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems preferred.
