Requirements

• Enrolled in a two or four year college or university
• Balanced resume with solid academic performance and campus involvement
• Genuine interest in developing a career in Wealth Management
• Positive with a can-do approach
• Ability to analyze a problem, come up with ideas and make a decision
• Good judgment
• Planning, organizing and making things happen
• Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
• Ability to stick with a task

Responsibilities

• Work on projects that have real impact on clients
• Support our team of wealth management experts
• Attend presentations by WMA leaders to understand the industry, culture and strategy
• Gain product knowledge from internal and external partner sessions to support the team
• Plan team marketing events and material
• Assist with the responsibilities of running an entrepreneurial business model

Preferred Qualifications

• Participation in team sports
• Organization of a volunteer project
• Taking a challenging class and excelling in it
