Requirements
- Deep subject matter experience in at least one of the topical domains (Fiduciary Risk, Human Resources, IT, Finance, Data)
- Experience with asset management compliance
- Minimum of 12 years related work experience
- Supervisory experience required
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience
Responsibilities
- Engage with and educate business partners on regulations impacting Vanguard
- Assist with the design and management of Compliance governance forums
- Participate in governance activities and provide compliance guidance
- Build out aspects of the Compliance Oversight program
- Hire, evaluate, and supervise crew
- Oversee and manage a centralized regulatory response program
- Lead the development of compliance policies and procedures
- Drive the identification and development of corrective action plans
- Maintain expert knowledge and awareness of the investment industry
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned
