Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in fixed income portfolio management, credit research, or institutional client management.
- Deep knowledge of U.S. Investment Grade Credit markets, including corporate bonds, structured credit, and relative value strategies.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex investment concepts into sales-driven discussions.
- Strong investment acumen with a deep understanding of financial markets.
- Proficiency with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office.
- Undergraduate degree required, preferably in business, finance, or a related discipline.
- Series 7 and 24 required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global sales and distribution teams to identify and engage prospective institutional investors.
- Provide expert insights on U.S. Investment Grade Credit, market trends, and portfolio positioning to support sales efforts.
- Develop compelling investment narratives and presentations to facilitate successful client acquisition.
- Stay ahead of macroeconomic trends, credit market developments, and regulatory changes impacting investment-grade credit.
- Provide thought leadership through white papers, webinars, and industry conferences to enhance the firm’s market presence.
- Support the firm’s asset growth by equipping sales teams with the necessary investment expertise to attract new institutional investors.
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to develop tailored investment solutions and materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional prospects, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and insurance companies.
- Conduct investment reviews, market updates, and investment presentations tailored to client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants and investment committees.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for global credit professionals, offering strategic guidance and investment expertise.
- Provide mentorship and guidance aligned with firm-wide leadership framework, investment strategies and client engagement best practices.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
