Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Coordinate event logistics such as location booking, permits, catering, audiovisual, signage, and staffing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with marketing and sales goals
  • Provide on-site support and manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
  • Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports for future improvement
  • Maintain accurate records, contracts, and communication with stakeholders
