Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person and on-site events, including property showcases, open houses, networking mixers, and launch events
- Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate event logistics such as location booking, permits, catering, audiovisual, signage, and staffing
- Collaborate with internal teams to align event strategies with marketing and sales goals
- Provide on-site support and manage event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Evaluate event success and generate post-event reports for future improvement
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, and communication with stakeholders
