- 10+ years of experience in a product role building and scaling consumer products
- Experience leading a product management team with responsibility for a large product portfolio
- Proven track record of leadership through clarity of a product vision and strategy

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of product managers and cross-functional contributors to define and continuously refine the long-term product vision
- Create business cases and product strategy artifacts for top traveler needs
- Represent the voice of the customer and champion to internal teams and partners
- Identify organizational, technical, product, design, and data gaps to unlock step change-improvements
- Tackle broad traveler needs and themes that cut across multiple product & tech teams
- Establish a data-driven framework for evaluating and prioritizing opportunities
- Partner with UX design to develop compelling experiences
- Define success metrics for how well we serve VR customers
- Partner with business, strategy, and analytics teams on frameworks for measuring performance
- Continuously improve outcomes for travelers and partners
