Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years of experience in gaming and/or responsible gaming, ideally at the Director or Senior Director level.
  • Strong focus on implementation, oversight, and measurement of programs.
  • Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working across teams to identify and solve challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Skilled at communicating complex data, reporting models, and recommendations to stakeholders with varying levels of technical understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Build the set of strategies and tactics with vertical leadership stakeholders from all FanDuel Group brands to implement comprehensive Responsible Gaming programs.
  • Build relationships with Flutter Group resources and outside experts / associations to identify and adopt best practices.
  • Represent FanDuel externally with industry associations and regulators to enable FanDuel to be recognized as the domestic leader in this field.
  • Work with compliance team and regulators to address any incidents of Responsible Gaming non-compliance.
  • Enhance our reputation with potential employees by showcasing Responsible Gaming initiatives and stories at the heart of the business.
  • Partner with the Public Policy and Sustainability SVP to develop the strategy around RG Tools awareness and implement for our customers.
  • Oversight of the company’s RG Working Group, which informs the proposals and asks of the company’s RG SteerCo.
  • Work with RG leaders from competitors to help advance industry-wide RG beliefs and engagement strategies.
  • Work with our Data Analytics team to design and implement predictive models and segmentation strategies to identify customers to support with responsible gaming tools.
  • Periodically present plans, results, and program impact to senior leadership.
  • Oversee the Responsible Gaming Operations Team, including team members in Cluj.

Preferred Qualifications

  • FanDuel Familiarity (a plus): Previous experience at FanDuel or deep knowledge—or strong motivation to learn—about how our various verticals contribute to overall business success.
  • A values-driven leader who earns trust with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in designing and scaling high-impact corporate programs and strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Proven ability to acclimatize to new subject matter, and become the acknowledged expert.
  • Resilience to operate in a challenging, results-oriented organization.
