Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, budgeting, and reporting tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Proven ability to build partnerships and influence in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated digital fluency, with hands-on experience using Power BI, Power Query, and AI/LLM technologies to drive insights and efficiency.
- High integrity, strong work ethic, and a commitment to financial stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the U.S. CV Commercial team and cross-functional partners, driving strategic planning and execution.
- Lead core financial processes including monthly/quarterly close, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Deliver robust financial insights to enable data-driven decision-making and optimize business performance.
- Proactively challenge business performance and recommend actions to enhance financial outcomes.
- Support resource allocation and financial discipline.
- Collaborate across Commercialization Finance organization to ensure alignment on key FP&A deliverables.
- Champion the use of digital tools and automation to enhance financial processes and business support.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP and Hyperion is highly desirable.
