Requirements
- At least 3 years of NP experience
- 2 years in oncology
- 1 year in behavioral health
- Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification
- Unrestricted compact RN license in addition to NP licensure
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage members identified by the nursing and provider team who have urgent symptoms, complications related to their treatment, or exacerbations of their medical conditions
- Develop care plans for members in collaboration with onboarding RNs
- Oversee and direct interdisciplinary case conferences for members
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working at a startup or tech-forward company
- Familiarity with video chatting, Google Suite, Slack, electronic health records
- Comfort in using and learning new technology
