Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Icertis CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platforms in implementing, configuring, and optimizing CLM systems
- At least 1 end-to-end implementation experience specifically with ICI.
- Strong understanding of CLM principles, workflows, templates, data management, and best practices.
- Knowledge of CLM integration with external systems and public clause libraries.
- Experience integrating eSign tools.
- Experience supporting CLM migration activities.
- Proven ability to gather requirements, conduct discovery sessions, and translate insights into system designs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
- US Citizenship required
- No Dual citizenship
Responsibilities
- Work with clients to understand their contract management needs and translate them into system requirements.
- Design and configure ICI solutions to align with client business processes.
- Lead workshops and training sessions to guide clients through the implementation process.
- Recommend best practices to enhance contract lifecycle management efficiency.
- Develop documentation for system configurations and user guides.
Preferred Qualifications
- Functional knowledge of SAP SRM Document Builder or SAP S/4 HANA Outline Agreements
- Experience with other CLM platforms.
- Icertis CLM Administrator certification or equivalent.
- Industry experience in the public sector or with defense contractors is a plus.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
