Property Caretaker

Technical computer skills required on all forms of hardware – laptops, tablets and mobile devices
Professional in all forms of communications such as email, phone calls, video calls and texts
Ability to work well under pressure in an agile, fast-paced environment
Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions
Highly responsive and reliable
Strong attention to detail
Prior housekeeping experience a plus
Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Regular reporting of location throughout the day as each task is completed for safety and accountability
Cross trained on various aspects of administrative tasks as needed, uses of admin will be predetermined by the manager based on office needs
Verification and completion of open ticket requests during inspections, may also generate tickets during inspection to alert and assign various vendors as needed of maintenance, cleanliness, or damage related concerns
When necessary cleaning, linen duties and/or minor maintenance tasks will be included in this role
Ability to source and acquire unit needs when necessary, travel between office locations and/or local businesses to acquire unit needs or drop off items including but not limited to, small appliances, linen, amenity items, etc.
Customer relation assistance for both guest and owner including phones, email, front desk assistance, relating to all aspects of owner account inquiries and/or guest accommodation or assistance – with discretion and approval of management when applicable
Able to successfully and openly collaborate with fellow team members while working in a team setting
Assist management when needed in training new colleagues to contribute to high-quality work
Other task as assigned because every day in hospitality is different!
