Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in BI or data analytics at a high-growth startup or tech company
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Looker, Hex, and Retool
- Ability to identify business challenges based on metrics and analyses
- Ability to translate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions by translating their business needs into the appropriate analytical tools and metrics
- Scope, design, build, and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and data models
- Elicit and synthesize data-driven insights into clear narratives and recommendations
