Requirements
- Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations Certificate in Information Technology Service Management
- Significant relevant experience
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team across Workplace Services, Unified Comms & Collaboration, and Networks, ensuring capability and capacity align with business demand
- Act as a key escalation and decision point, guiding risk management practices and reporting critical IT risks to leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally with both Group and Divisional teams to drive alignment, process improvements, help shape strategic direction and ensure effective service delivery
- Ensure that documentation is complete, of high-quality and is shared appropriately to stakeholder groups across the enterprise
- Oversee the performance and quality of third-party providers and internal services, ensuring consistent service levels and adherence to SLAs
- Drive efficiencies within your technical scope through consolidation of products where possible
- Manage financial awareness within the team—forecasting needs, reviewing costs, and applying a commercial lens to technology planning
- Communicate complex decisions and processes clearly to stakeholders, building understanding and trust across a diverse global audience
