Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards
- Proficient with MS Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Act as a dynamic ambassador, building deep relationships with key community leaders, businesses, and elected officials
- Cultivate an influential Board of Directors to champion the Red Cross mission
- Inspire a high-performing team of volunteers and employees to expand reach and achieve ambitious goals in fundraising, blood collection, and program service delivery
- Spearhead the chapter’s annual planning process, identifying key areas for community impact
- Work closely with the Regional CEO as a member of the Missouri-Arkansas Regional Leadership Team

- Deep understanding of local issues, cultures and demographics
- Track record in influencing Governmental stakeholders
