Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business operations, project management, product strategy, management consulting, financial management or related fields
- Proven track-record of planning, organizing, and executing strategic projects that deliver results
- Experience with analyzing and solving complex problems, providing business insights and recommendations derived from complex data sets
- Experience with thinking strategically and executing methodically, navigating ambiguity, and adjusting to shifting priorities
- Experience with building relationships and influencing members of the leadership team
- Experience working with confidential information while maintaining discretion
- Experience with developing and managing communications including business updates for internal and external engagements
- Experience with recruiting and managing teams, including performance management and development of individual contributors
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize systems, processes, and tools to improve organizational efficiency
- Develop and manage strategic plans, objectives, and key results
- Lead multiple projects, partnering with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive special projects, including organizational transformation and process improvement
- Provide program management support, including project planning, tracking, and stakeholder communication
- Prioritize competing needs and develop viable solutions across multiple teams and projects
- Develop and manage organization-wide communication and business updates
- Attract, build, and develop a talented team of professionals
- Ensure team effectiveness, health, and success through clear expectations and impactful goals
