Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience with a focus in regulatory intelligence and strategy, quality assurance, Pharmacovigilance or clinical strategy
Responsibilities
- Implement and lead professional services sales planning, focusing on customer retention and new business growth strategies to grow long term revenue.
- Manage diverse, high-value customer deals and negotiate complex professional service contracts.
- Build and sustain a large network of customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service delivery.
- Pursue and lead new business opportunities and markets, driving market expansion and long-term revenue growth.
- Analyze sales metrics, trends, and KPI’s, providing valuable insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance brand presence.
- Conduct in-depth business reviews and provide recommendations to customers while continuously expanding industry knowledge to stay updated on trends and best practices.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across sales planning and projects to ensure alignment to business objectives and successful service delivery.
