Requirements

• Already run a witty, weird, or wildly engaging TikTok or meme account (bonus if it’s about tech)
• Have a natural instinct for how people communicate on each specific platform—and how to stand out there
• Can point to examples of stuff you made that drove attention, shares, or strong POVs
• Love AI and new tools, but aren’t stuck in the hype—you care more about what’s useful
• Can organize chaos, bring structure to planning, and hold yourself accountable to results
• Think like a strategist, write like a human, and meme like a shitposter when needed

Responsibilities

• Full ownership of social channels: Twitter, LinkedIn and Reddit are our primary launch and acquisition channels and the priority for this role
• Channel-specific content strategy that respects the nuance of each platform
• Weekly content calendars and monthly themes that reflect what’s working—and what’s worth testing
• Collaborate with in-house and freelance creators to generate lo-fi or high-concept content—whichever fits the moment
• Lead or contribute to short-form scripts, memes, visuals, and motion assets
• Develop and refine our social tone of voice, ensuring consistency and originality
• Launch rapid experiments: what’s viral, what converts, what creates stickiness
• Own and report KPIs across reach, engagement, community growth, and love metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• As a bonus, but not critical, you can be hands-on with creation—from shooting scrappy TikToks to building clean carousels in Figma
