Strategy Development Analyst

Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of experience composing and editing documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
3+ years of experience supporting sophisticated analytic projects across business units and/or multiple functions
Experience with the DoD and defense programs

Develop market analysis and business cases to prioritize, allocate, and manage strategic resources and investments
Cultivate key relationships with respective divisional strategy analysts, program and division leadership, and key functional counterparts in Business Development, Engineering, and Finance
Identify market trends and assess their effects of the division’s business posture and resulting strategic implications
Formulate and recommend specific business objectives, strategies, investments, and plans to support division decision-making processes
Identify information to analyze, filter, integrate, and disseminate industry assessments and information
Conduct alternative scenario planning exercises, and independent market research
Recommend and implement strategies, strategic alliances, partnerships, and acquisitions to achieve divisional strategic business objectives
Support the development and present executive business strategy presentations
Influence and advise executive leaders in company decision-making processes
Coordinate across BDS divisions (PW, MS&B, SI&WS, VL), broader Boeing (ET&T, BGS, etc.), and functions to implement strategies and drive the highest return on investment possible to exceed business objectives and LRBP targets

Level 4: 5 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Masters’ Degree or higher
Experience within the Fixed Wing Strike market
Experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including Executives
Active U.S. Security Clearance
