Requirements
- 2+ years of experience
- Able to proactively manage your workload and tasks independently, demonstrating good judgment in prioritization and time management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interface and collaborate with clients, peers, and management to develop solutions and ensure stakeholder buy-in
- An eye for excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction
Responsibilities
- Provide direction, backlog management, iteration planning and elaboration of user stories for a front-end development team
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing the tasks based on changing priorities
- Align engineering priorities with product strategy to achieve overall business goals
- Train internal teams on product enhancements and future engineering goals
- Work with the product team, internal stakeholders, and end-users to deliver updates and status reports on product initiatives
- Collaborate with Design and Engineering to translate requirements into functional specifications, ensuring a balance between technical and customer-centric priorities
- Gathering requirements and feedback from a variety of people, including users, product development team members and management team members
- Participate in sprint planning, daily standup meetings, and other agile development activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management
