Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the Global Quality Operations Strategy, leading and/or participating in implementation within the assigned area of responsibility.
- Embody the Plexus Culture of Quality coaching, teaching and mentoring influencers in such a way to make culture a positive differentiator for Customers.
- Support the development of standard work and process efficiency in Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), First Article Inspection (FAI), Process Failure Modes Effects and Analysis (PFMEA) and Control Plans.
- Assist teams in data analysis and advanced problem solving techniques through the use of statistics, customer complaints, investigations and corrective and preventive actions.
- Responsible to exemplify and demonstrate the Plexus Core Values.
