Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in a Channel Marketing role or similar field
  • Demonstrated achievement and success with consumer technology brands
  • 8+ years experience in building go-to-market strategies, planning and execution across digital and physical retail channels
  • 8+ years experience working directly with online retail partners with demonstrable knowledge of key advertising metrics and programs (CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS)
  • Experience and clear understanding of how telco partners measure and manage their businesses
  • Experience with North American & Mexican telco partners – mobility and broadband
  • Knowledge in Gross Margin Return on Investment (GMROI), inventory turns, etc
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field

Responsibilities

  • Develop go-to-market North American retail Partner Enablement strategy in concert with our Reality Labs Category and Product Marketing teams
  • Focus on building programs that optimize awareness, trial and conversion and retention of Meta RL users across multiple products and services
  • Lead & execute marketing and merchandising initiatives with North American retail partners within agreed upon budgets and KPIs
  • Continuously measure, manage and optimize marketing programs to drive efficiency recommending tools development and processes as necessary to achieve these goals
  • Oversight and management of channel co-marketing and OPEX budget, focusing on performance and delivering against agreed upon metrics
  • Present key marketing programs to retailer partners, executives and business development teams
  • Manage content & campaign activities across retailers ensuring our content meets brand standards and is in service of overall Meta strategy
  • Foster innovation and partnerships
  • Identify new partner marketing opportunities in NA and in partnership with other Meta RL geographic leaders and position these opportunities for review to drive to a decision
  • Coordinate and manage marketing elements of regularly scheduled marketing reviews e.g. (Quarterly Business Reviews) including regional share, context & performance across our business channels and partners
  • Deliver and receive candid feedback on both sales/marketing metrics and personal performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA
  • Global retail experience (Canada, North America & Mexico)
  • Experience with challenger/new business technologies that have changed the way human beings work and socialize (e.g., Uber, Nest, Apple iPad)
