Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired
- 1+ years of related Facilities or Workplace Planning experience required
- Certification is required in some areas
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for construction projects
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Conduct in-depth technical analysis, review blueprints, and ensure adherence to engineering principles
- Establish and enforce rigorous quality control measures through regular site inspections
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all project stakeholders
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, progress updates, and presentations for senior management and external stakeholders
- Maintain 24/7 readiness to respond to emergency situations
- Implement and enforce stringent safety protocols
- Perform additional responsibilities as required to support the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects
