Requirements
- 6+ years of demonstrated experience in Data Science, Analytics, or related field with a history of successfully delivering complex projects
- 5+ years of experience in Python, advanced SQL, data pipeline and data modeling, visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI etc.), building data roadmaps and strategies, and serving executives with data/reports/insights for strategic decision making
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirement into technical solutions or opportunities
- Detail oriented with good organization and presentation skills
- Ability to interact with all levels, including senior management, as a business partner with good verbal and written skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, to be able to prioritize work, set goals and complete work by designated deadlines
- Ability to build alliances, influence and negotiate to drive decisions; Positions oneself to be a partner to drive results along with key stakeholders and decision makers. Provide input/recommendations to the respective budget and financial impacts to the organization
Responsibilities
- Model predictive forecasts
- Create visualizations of data and insights
- Build sustainable processes that produce output leveraging automation and artificial intelligence
- Analyze information and create actionable intelligence for business leaders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals
- Develop and translate complex analytical results into clear, compelling stories
- Deliver recommendations for non-technical stakeholders
- Build, validate, and maintain predictive models to forecast performance metrics, customer behavior, and operational trends
- Develop data pipelines and repeatable analytical workflows that support scalable insights and automation across multiple business functions and international borders
Preferred Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Data Science, Math preferred
- Prior experience in banking industry or financial services sector is highly desirable
- Master’s degree preferred
