Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in technology or internet technology, strategic marketing, product management, or management consulting
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through influence and driving resolution in the context of competing perspectives
- Analytical, data driven decision-maker with experience using deductive reasoning to simplify and communicate complex issues
- Organizational and interpersonal skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, multitasking and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
- Communication experience that is effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or Related discipline
Responsibilities
- Lead market assessment, quantitative analysis, qualitative feedback, and represent the requirements of the market internally with Product Management and Engineering
- Understand advertiser needs/requirements and product risk areas in order to prioritize recommendations to product, engineering, and design teams for new and existing products
- Drive cross-functional projects across Meta that build new innovative solutions for advertisers/marketers to ensure that products and solutions are incorporated into the platform in a consistent and strategic manner
- Ensure the right level of alignment, consistency and flexibility in approach across regional and vertical teams, with the goal of scaling impact while meeting market-specific needs
- Own go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of products and solutions by guiding cross-functional teams in developing client communications, product documentation, and positioning
- Drive successful go-to-market activations across multiple internal sales and partnerships teams by crafting effective messaging for a variety of audiences and enabling go-to-market teams at scale
- Partner with brand and integrated marketing on outbound marketing and advertising strategies and programs to drive awareness, adoption and long term engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing and validating audience definition and sizing, product positioning, naming, and go-to-channel
- Can maintain an ongoing canonical understanding of the wearables ecosystem, and competitive landscape, to identify Go-To-Market considerations, emerging use cases, and other growth opportunities
- Experience leading the development of out-of-the-box Go-To-Market plans for new-to-world products, and drive integrated efforts across cross functional teams
- Can partner with marketing, communications and sales teams to create product marketing communications, including press releases, blog posts, campaigns, presentation materials, etc
- Demonstrated experience to influence cross-functional teams (PM, Engineering, Design, etc.) to consistently build with our customer at the core, by building relationships, backing up claims with solid data and analyses and make change through aligned goals
- Experience or domain knowledge in artificial intelligence, augmented reality, virtual reality, mixed reality, and/or AI wearable and smart glasses devices
- Experience identifying and analyzing long term, critical problems facing the relevant areas of the business and drove solutions for them – including, marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance
- Experience with retail and point of sales strategies for consumer electronics, including product demos and education
