- Sales enablement strategy development and execution.
- Ability to manage integrity of large amounts of data in a CRM environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, preferred
- Effective interdepartmental communication.
- Expert use Microsoft Excel to gather, organize, and present data.
- Proven record of successful sales enablement through CRM data management.
- Ability to structure sales compensation plans using CRM data to align with company goals.
- Maintain a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Analytics, or related field (Required)
- 3-5 years of experience in using data to inform sales goals and data maintenance (Required)
- 3-5 years of experience in sales related roles (Required)
Responsibilities
- Drive adherence to sales strategies and programs through activities including evaluating opportunities, assigning leads, pipeline reviews, and weekly and monthly reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all Microsoft Dynamics CRM-related sales and marketing needs and enhancements, including the management of CRM enhancement requests, ensuring data accuracy, and owning the development and delivery of all CRM-based sales and marketing reports.
- Design, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM reporting dashboards; deliver regular sales performance metrics and insights to sales enablement leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Drive CRM adoption across sales and marketing teams by creating and delivering training programs, establishing and enforcing standard operating procedures, and facilitating feedback mechanisms to support continuous improvement.
- Develop sales materials and oversight management tools to support growth initiatives, including the assessment, recommendation and leading sales optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders, including Finance, Human Capital, and Sales, to align enablement initiatives with organizational priorities and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing meeting agendas and content.
- Support monthly incentive compensation reporting and quarterly incentive compensation calculations, alignment, and success of program.
