Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience on customer-facing web SaaS products
- Experience working directly with product managers and engineering teams
- Experience conducting external customer interviews, including sourcing participants
- Proficiency with Figma
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Managers to refine project requirements and ensure alignment with business and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design solutions and user flows.
- Conduct user research and interviews with customers to validate product ideas, gather feedback, and refine user experiences.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback and team input to ensure the product meets both user expectations and business goals.
- Work closely with engineering teams, answering questions about design implementation and ensuring the final product looks good and is easy to use.
- Stay up to date with UX/UI design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design output and maintain high standards.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and other relevant activities to ensure successful project delivery.
