Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, partner account management, or channel development, preferably in the IT or financial services sector.
- Proven success in developing relationships and influencing internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidate must have experience with Salesforce and Excel. Candidate will be expected to be able to work within Pivot tables in Excel.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills are required in order to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
- Act as an embedded representative within partner locations, cultivating strong working relationships with sales managers, reps, and other key stakeholders.
- Drive pipeline growth by identifying customer opportunities and promoting HPE Financial Services offerings as part of broader technology sales.
- Engage directly with partner sales teams to educate, influence, and assist in positioning HPEFS solutions to end customers.
- Lead and participate in sales huddles, training sessions, and joint customer calls to promote solution awareness and pipeline acceleration.
- Collaborate with HPE and partner account teams to develop and execute joint business plans, aligning financial solutions to partner sales motions.
- Monitor and track partner pipeline activity, identifying gaps and executing action plans to drive increased close rates.
- Serve as the point of contact for HPEFS within the partner environment, facilitating access to HPE subject matter experts and tools as needed.
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline visibility through CRM systems and regular business reviews.
- Ensure partner sales activities are compliant with HPE policies and legal requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within financial services, preferred.
- Familiarity with financial services or technology leasing a strong plus.
