Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
- Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
- Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership within the Commercial Office
- Oversee talent planning, acquisition, development, and retention strategies
- Ensure effective succession planning and leadership development
- Monitor and enhance organizational health through effective HR programs and initiatives
- Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws
- Mitigate HR-related risks
- Manage complex employee relations issues
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
- Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives
- Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
- Drive the performance management process
- Ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement
- Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives
- Support leaders and employees through transitions
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
