HR Business Partner – VP

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and employment laws
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership within the Commercial Office
• Oversee talent planning, acquisition, development, and retention strategies
• Ensure effective succession planning and leadership development
• Monitor and enhance organizational health through effective HR programs and initiatives
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local laws
• Mitigate HR-related risks
• Manage complex employee relations issues
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of HR programs and initiatives
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Drive the performance management process
• Ensure alignment with business goals and continuous improvement
• Lead HR aspects of organizational change initiatives
• Support leaders and employees through transitions

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree preferred
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred
