Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, process management, operations, industrial engineering, engineering, or engineering management
• 3-5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or business management
• Continuous Improvement Process, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing
• Advanced skills in the use of data management tools to monitor progress toward goals
• Certifications related to lean manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
• Ability to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions
• Strong project management skills to lead improvement initiatives from conception to implementation
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey improvement strategies
• Experience in driving and managing change within an organization
• Ability to lead and inspire teams to embrace a culture of continuous improvement
• Familiarity with relevant industry technologies and tools
• Strong problem-solving skills to address complex challenges
• Capability to train and coach team members on continuous improvement principles and methodologies followed by ongoing support to foster a culture of improvement
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing processes and analyze the data to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies aligned with organizational goals and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure those strategies meet business needs
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure improvement impact preparing regular reports for leadership highlighting achievements and areas for further enhancement
