Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field of study from a regionally accredited academic institution OR Master’s degree in unrelated field plus 18 credit hours in related Business field from a regionally accredited academic institution
- Advanced – Ability to teach effectively and incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to maximize learning
- Advanced – Ability to work with diverse populations
- Advanced – Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written)
- Advanced – Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and the community
- Advanced – Ability to adhere to university policies & meet deadlines
- Advanced – Organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Development of course materials in the Business academic disciplines which entails but is not limited to; timely submission of course syllabus’ and supporting course materials to Division.
- Instruction of course materials in the Business academic disciplines, which entails but is not limited to; timely communication of all grades to students and the Division, timely submission of Student Learning Outcomes to the Division, evaluation of student performance in didactic courses, and participation in development of remediation plans with students for improvement and/or growth of the student.

Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in a related field of study from a regionally accredited academic institution
- 2 years of teaching experience both in-person and on-line
