Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience with a majority in SaaS technology or other related field
  • 1+ years of SMB and/or B2B sales experience
  • Experience in an outside sales environment, leading an end-to-end sales cycle
  • Ability to operate well with a high level of autonomy in prospecting, prioritizing opportunities, setting engagement strategy, and supporting commercial negotiations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and well organized
  • Knowledge of Excel, Sheets and Salesforce and related data skills to create sales presentations
  • Experience in the restaurant, hotel or related full service hospitality industry

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from discovery to contract negotiation, identifying customer needs and applying independent judgment to value selling, product solutions and complex pipeline management
  • Excite both non-Doordash and our existing marketplace restaurants on the potential to drive in store revenue through customer engagement
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hospitality executives (including C-suite, VPs, Chefs and business owners) by providing insights, benchmarking, and guidance and customizing the information to fit their use case
  • Speak to the overall suite of products that DoorDash offers and be able to sell upgrades, upsells, and cross-sells of DoorDash products
  • Use internal data and enablement to customize a narrative that showcases forecasted revenue growth and streamlined operations through customized monthly packages to improve sales, growth, and brand perception
  • Collaborate with our various cross functional sales teams to engage with target customers and negotiate and re-negotiate sales terms
  • Be willing and able to travel across your region (up to 40%), while we offer flexible hours and options to work from home
