Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7-9 years of experience working in Technology Alliances Partner Marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated familiarity with building and managing partner programs.
- A strong understanding of Salesforce, partner attribution models, campaign building, and tracking.
Responsibilities
- Build, execute and measure co-marketing demand generation campaigns with technology partners to achieve target outcomes across the sales funnel (awareness – consideration – close).
- Work closely with the technology alliance partner, business development, product, sales, channel partner marketing, product marketing teams.
- Align technology partner marketing strategies with product roadmaps and sales objectives.
- Organize and optimize Five9 participation in tech partners’ industry events, webinars, and global conferences: This includes event planning, presentation preparation, and follow-up activities to maximize engagement and lead generation.
- Support creation of compelling marketing content, such as data sheets, solution guides, case studies, white papers, blog posts, and social media content, highlighting our joint alliances’ strengths and benefits.
- Manage the marketing budget for alliance activities, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize impact and return on investment.
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications with alliance partners align with the company’s brand identity and messaging. Develop co-branded materials that effectively represent both the company and its partners.
- Advocate and represent partners’ requirements for shared business targets to internal Five9 Marketing stakeholders, including content, demand generation, field marketing & events, design, and communications.

- Track record of driving business outcomes through demand generation campaigns, events, and technology content creation.
- Technology Partner Content Syndication campaign execution.
- Ability to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Deep curiosity, excellent listening and empathy skills, and ability to get things done in a collaborative team environment.
- Strategic thinker willing to roll the sleeves and execute on priorities independently.
- Experience with Project Management, Marketo, and Salesforce tools.
