Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with full cycle healthcare recruitment, in a high volume, fast paced setting
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting healthcare clinical and manager roles
  • Proficient sourcing experience required
  • Bachelors Degree preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Strong computer skills – MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems
  • Extensive experience sourcing on tools such as: Indeed, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and region leaders to confirms staffing needs, priorities, and partner to develop recruitment plans
  • Maintains strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure a successful hiring partnerships. Keeps lines of communication open for all parties involved and provide updates on the status of the interview, offer and onboarding process.
  • Posts job openings and sources valid candidates for open positions, using recruiting resources, networking and social media sites
  • Develops relationships with area colleges/universities and attends job fairs to build brand recognition and maintain entry level candidate flow
  • Reviews resumes to determine candidate job fit, completes phone screens and makes recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manages the candidate selection/interview process, including scheduling onsite interviews and shadowing
  • Assists the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection
  • Manages the offer, negotiation process and onboarding process
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in healthcare recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate information and recruitment activities
  • Works according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization
  • Suggests new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies and strategies
  • Creates sourcing strategies and executes those strategies
  • Verify candidates’ credentials, licenses, certifications, and background checks as required
