Requirements
- Completed HS Diploma or Equivalent (Associate’s Degree preferred)
- Experience with ABA Software (ReThink preferred)
- Can commute reliably to Chesterfield
Responsibilities
- Answering calls and maintaining clear, courteous communication with all locations.
- Monitoring after-hours emails and phone lines to ensure timely responses.
- Auditing staff schedules and cancellations, updating Rethink as needed.
- Compiling reports, tracking tasks in Rethink, and assisting with data analysis (e.g., hours comparison and session attendance).
- Supporting schedulers by helping verify staff sessions and assisting with billing audits to ensure sessions are billed and paid accurately.
- Accurately entering data and updating key documents.
- Organizing internal files, including maintaining the ABA Policy and Procedure Manual in Google Drive.
- Coordinating with vendors and utility providers to manage services at company locations.
- Providing day-to-day administrative support with a friendly, solution-focused approach.
