Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, preferably in high-growth startups or top-tier recruiting agencies
- Proven success hiring for AI/ML roles (e.g., Machine Learning Engineers, Research Scientists, MLOps, Data Engineers)
- Strong knowledge of AI talent ecosystems, including academic and industry pipelines
- Experience managing multiple reqs across different departments and seniority levels
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem)
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-priority AI/ML, software engineering, and technical product roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and interview processes
- Build and manage diverse candidate pipelines using a variety of sourcing methods (LinkedIn, Github, AI-focused communities, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens and help evaluate technical and non-technical qualifications
- Provide a top-tier candidate experience throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (People Ops, Finance, Legal) to keep hiring operations smooth and compliant
- Track pipeline progress and provide regular updates on metrics and hiring milestones
