Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- 8+ years of experience in software development or software development management
- Experience developing or managing development on DoD programs
- Experience developing work plans and milestones based on customer requirements
- Knowledge of and familiarity with secure software development life cycle, principles and standards
- Experience working with small to medium enterprise business solutions beyond the standard development role
- Familiarity with the CI/CD concepts, practice and implementation
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, technical expertise, and project management to meet customer requirements
- Manage the development and delivery of software and hardware product releases and updates according to customer delivery schedule
- Communicate with stakeholders and guide and evaluate deliverables
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, AWS / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations
- Knowledge of or experience with modeling and simulation tools
