Requirements
- Must have an Active Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active Secret Clearance.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four (4) year college or university.
- Six (6) years of full-time experience in Navy programs’ life cycle support.
- Must have experience with the following systems: OA-9070 A/B/E Variants, OK 276 ( )/A/B/C/D/T Variants, OK-418, OK-542 /A, OK-634.
Responsibilities
- Experience with entering FTA and maintenance data into applicable databases e.g., Fleet Technical (FTS), Time Attendance and Reporting (TAR), Regional Maintenance Automated Information System (RMAIS).
- Provide programmatic support in the development and refinement of MARMC Code 270 QC Quality Assurance (QA) documentation associated with modernization quality initiatives.
- Provide program support in achieving efficiencies across various disciplines in support of COMSUBLANT and MARMC initiatives.
- Experience with reviewing TWD, MOA, and WAF prior to the associated work availability to verify that the work being performed is compliant with all directives and conforms to the processes delineated within the AIT and Modernization Quality Management Plans.
- Experience in performing audits and surveillances as necessary at AIT and Modernization sites to ensure compliance with technical requirements and guiding principles per the AIT and Modernization QA plan.
- Knowledge of evaluating the proficiency of AIT and Modernization events to verify that quality measures prescribed are sufficient.
- Provide programmatic support in administering and maintaining MARMC C270’s Quality Maintenance System (QMS), to include preparing for external QA audits, updating MARMC C270’s QMS system with NAVSEA 04RP, administering the Corrective Action Request (CAR) program, tracking QMS training requirements, and other relevant duties related to managing the QMS program.
- Provide support to C274 for the tracking of NAVSEA funding. This includes tracking of material expenditures, travel, and labor.
- Experience with preparing reports and planning documents to support periodic and emergent NAVSEA data requests. Access and familiarity with funding reporting tools will be required e.g. FTS, TAR, SUPDESK, Defense Travel System (DTS).
- Experience with performing funding data analysis to identify trends and funding issues, and providing solutions for correction.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting MARMC C274
- Six (6) years full-time experience in program acquisition, installation, and fleet support of Submarine mechanical/electrical/electronic systems/equipment; and possess knowledge of: DOD/Navy systems and programs acquisition, Navy systems requirements, standards, and procedures, Navy procurement and acquisition, Navy configuration management, data management, and program management.
