Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year leadership experience
- Minimum 1 year work experience in similar positions
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate and problem solve with stakeholders
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations
- Demonstrated exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Working Knowledge of Microsoft: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Responsibilities
- Lead a represented team responsible for Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping
- Deliver objectives related to Cost, Quality, Safety, Efficiency, Absenteeism
- Engage with key stakeholders including suppliers to deliver key objectives
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders, including fair and consistent administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of supervisor experience
- Experience working in a union environment
- Experience in warehouse/distribution/ production operations
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management systems (MOMS, MMP, SAP, EXE, etc.)
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems
