Requirements
- Higher education (Bachelor / Master) in project management, marketing, engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years development, management and/or project management experience in software development
- Solid track record in leading technical innovation.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Ability to work with different technical and functional fields, and willingness to learn subjects outside your area of direct expertise.
- Ability to resolve issues, make decisions and provide advice and guidance to project team members and managerial staff.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this position.
Responsibilities
- Undertake Project Management leadership in specific projects, setting direction, defining priorities and delegating responsibilities in order to ensure success of the project.
- Take the helm as Product Owner, spearheading innovative solutions to customer challenges through dynamic collaboration with our Marketing Product Manager and Engineering teams.
- Ensure effective communication across functional areas to ensure team members are well informed about project goals, activities, and priorities.
- Plan, supervise and control project scope, cost, time, and resources by establishing and maintaining project timeline, budget and resource plans, hosting steering meetings and provide updates to senior leadership.
- Bring new approaches to continuously improve and optimize work practices aligned with your peers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile Product Development.
- Technical expertise in both hardware and software development.
- PMP® or similar project management certification.
- Ability to mentor and coach other Project Managers.
