Requirements
- Bilingual in French and English
- 1 year of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer skills – Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office
- Desire to work in a sales role and be responsible for revenue
Responsibilities
- Achieve performance goals by increasing revenue and increasing margin of assigned account tasks
- Increase order size, increase customer transactions and leverage pricing tools to improve margin percentage
- Grow customer base by adding new customers
- Identify opportunities and convert purchases from competitor customers
- Manage all existing accounts through constant communication using customer database
- Make outbound calls and achieve minimum number of calls each day to present leads
- Promote positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and promote exceptional customer service for customers
- Educate customers on new products and product lines by staying current with industry developments
- Maintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system
- Apply product and/or service knowledge and sell to customers
- Explain features and benefits to customers in non-technical terms
- Stay up-to-date on new offerings and technology trends through Industry News and various other sources
- Leverage ADI resources, services and programs to educate customers
- Deliver an exceptional shopping experience in-store, over the phone and online
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality and customer service with negotiation skills and understanding of marketing skills
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
- Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment by meeting and exceeding all goals and targets
- Previous experience in distribution
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Highly competitive sales skills and desire to contribute to a winning team/organization
