Requirements

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 1 year of sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer skills – Basic knowledge of using Microsoft Office
  • Desire to work in a sales role and be responsible for revenue

Responsibilities

  • Achieve performance goals by increasing revenue and increasing margin of assigned account tasks
  • Increase order size, increase customer transactions and leverage pricing tools to improve margin percentage
  • Grow customer base by adding new customers
  • Identify opportunities and convert purchases from competitor customers
  • Manage all existing accounts through constant communication using customer database
  • Make outbound calls and achieve minimum number of calls each day to present leads
  • Promote positive relationships within the ADI organization to encourage team sales and promote exceptional customer service for customers
  • Educate customers on new products and product lines by staying current with industry developments
  • Maintain and update customer interactions in the tracking system
  • Apply product and/or service knowledge and sell to customers
  • Explain features and benefits to customers in non-technical terms
  • Stay up-to-date on new offerings and technology trends through Industry News and various other sources
  • Leverage ADI resources, services and programs to educate customers
  • Deliver an exceptional shopping experience in-store, over the phone and online

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality and customer service with negotiation skills and understanding of marketing skills
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
  • Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment by meeting and exceeding all goals and targets
  • Previous experience in distribution
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a team and independently
  • Highly competitive sales skills and desire to contribute to a winning team/organization
