Requirements
- Four years of Warehouse/Inventory experience.
- Four years of Supply Chain experience.
- Four years of management experience with direct reports in a team environment.
- Experience in a role requires the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, and to meet deadlines.
- Experience organizing and prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Computer experience includes working knowledge of basic tools such as spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software, etc.
- Intermediate working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Inventory Management experience.
- Experience in a role working with healthcare supplies.
- Experience with medical supply products.
Responsibilities
- Manages daily Field Logistics operations for departments, clinical programs, and facilities.
- Supports supply logistics for departments or clinical service lines, including implementation, recall management, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitors product utilization and ensures compliance with standardized processes.
- Manages staffing, training, work planning, and scheduling.
- Identifies opportunities to improve logistics efficiency.
- Guides and coordinates the efforts of other leaders and programs to achieve operational goals.
- Ensures safe and effective implementation of systems, tools, and processes.
- Manages department budget for financial viability.
- Represents SCO in collaboration with facility managers and leadership.
