Requirements
- Associate degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Two or more years of direct experience in UI/UX design and development
- Working knowledge of UI/UX design principles and techniques
- Experience with user testing and usability analysis
- Familiarity with web-based information hierarchy and design
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects efficiently
- Problem-solving skills
- Experience creating storyboards, website mapping, journey mapping, etc.
- Understanding of graphic design and web technologies
- Familiarity with visual design programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and Lucidchart
- Experience with wireframing/prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies
- A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating experience creating user-centered design solutions.
