Requirements
- Experienced: You are a gifted leader with documented experience leading high performing sales teams with autonomy.
- Insurance: P&C knowledge preferred, however prior insurance experience is not a requirement as we can provide training.
- Digital: You are extremely tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
- Operations: You have strong operational acumen when it comes to a sales organization.
- Driven: You can handle important responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight.
Responsibilities
- Lead a high performing sales team to exceed company sales targets.
- Lead the team to consistently meet and exceed company expectations for sales quality, conversion rates, customer response times and other KPIs.
- Continuously develop, engage and motivate the sales team to be the best in the business.
- Continue to grow a top-notch sales department by participating in interviewing and recruiting other great talent as needed.
