Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Certification in Production and Inventory Management or Logistics, Transportation and Distribution are a plus
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS) and experience with inventory management or ERP software.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements in a warehouse environment
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, document management systems, electronic batch records preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities related to receipt, inspection, storage, and inventory control of materials, ensuring compliance with GMP/GTP/GDP standards for handling, labeling, and documentation.
• Manage incoming shipments, material put-away, and order picking to support manufacturing needs.
• Oversee the organization and management of warehouse materials, maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and proper documentation using ERP systems.
• Collaborate with procurement to implement inventory strategies that ensure business continuity and optimize on-hand stock levels.
• Supervise the kitting process for consumables and reagents, ensuring timely delivery to manufacturing.
• Oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, while ensuring compliance with safety and GMP quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Production and Inventory Management or Logistics, Transportation and Distribution are a plus
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices, document management systems, electronic batch records preferred.
