Requirements

  • BA/BS in related field or equivalent practical experience; advanced education is a plus.
  • Producer-minded project management skills that anticipate challenges, develop solutions for quick pivots, and see a project through to its best version.
  • Experience developing, managing, and deploying project management frameworks to facilitate shared technical and creative goals across the organization.
  • Well versed in project management methodologies and tools, with demonstrated knowledge of when to apply them and a proven ability to manage multiple projects with ease.
  • Proficient in MS Office 360 (especially Excel, PowerPoint), with Airtable being a bonus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with strong ability to understand key concepts and communicate effectively with business stakeholders and senior management.
  • Self-motivated and able to anticipate stakeholder needs and stay ahead of potential issues.
  • Seasoned professional able to work calmly under pressure and/or challenging conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Primary function and activities include planning, organizing, and seeing scheduled Exosphere projects to on-time completion with an eye to timelines, resource needs, deliverables and scope.
  • Keep projects on course as succinctly and efficiently as possible, relaying appropriate feedback and questions to relevant stakeholders, generating and maintain meeting minutes and deliverables.
  • Manage a team of creative directors, designers, and artists to ideate, concept and execute Sphere Exosphere Art + Promo projects.
  • Oversee and manage the production timeline for various creative projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the creative team (designers, art directors, writers, etc.), providing guidance and ensuring seamless communication between all departments.
  • Create and maintain internal databases, and distribute project documentation to internal and executive facing teams.
  • Ensure that all necessary resources (personnel, equipment, etc.) are available and properly allocated for each project.
  • Review and obtain approval for deliverables, ensuring they meet the studio’s quality standards and client specifications.
  • Identify and resolve any production-related issues or delays, proactively implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
  • Assist in managing the project budget, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and stay within allocated limits.
  • Oversee post-production processes, ensuring the smooth transition from creative development to final delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in another business function within the media and entertainment space is a plus.
