Requirements
- 2 years’ experience working in an escrow administration environment
- High School Diploma
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Ability to work in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Answer and address inbound escrow calls and HEAT tickets from borrowers in a professional manner
- Provide quality customer service to all borrowers
- Document borrower interactions and capture updated loan information within the core system
- Process complaints and assist with the Assistance mailbox
- Process tax and insurance payments, utilizing third party vendor services
- Process insurance loss draft files
- Process mortgage insurance cancellations/terminations, adhering to CFPB and investor guidelines
- Process escrow cancellations requests, adhering to investor guidelines
- Assist the department supervisor and team lead with the annual review of escrow analysis statement and other departmental projects as required
- Adhere to strict timelines and provide attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with 3rd party tax and insurance vendors preferred
- FIS IBS system experience a plus
- Advanced Computer Skills
