Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing strategy, management consulting, chief of staff, or a highly operational role in a growth-focused organization
  • Experience in B2C product-led marketing environments
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build, interpret, and communicate marketing KPIs
  • Excellent project management and communication skills — written, verbal, and visual
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a high degree of ownership
  • BA (MBA or advanced degree a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Work with CMO as well as individual functional teams (Brand, Communications, Lifecycle Marketing and User Acquisition) to drive/support project management efforts across key marketing initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and dependencies are tracked
  • Manage a junior project management resource who will be dedicated to supporting the Brand and Creative teams
  • Implement project management best practices, tools, and reporting cadences
  • Air traffic execution of key marketing initiatives, campaigns, and strategic projects
  • Serve as a thought partner to the CMO, helping define priorities and measure success
  • Prepare for and participate in offsites, and board presentations. Own internal marketing team communications, including standups, planning meetings, and all-hands content in partnership with the CMO
  • Own quarterly planning, budget coordination, and operational calendar for the marketing org
  • Own marketing vendor contract evaluation and renewal process
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Finance, and People teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with company-wide priorities
  • Coordinate across marketing subfunctions (Brand, Communications, Lifecycle Marketing, User Acquisition) to ensure integrated planning and execution
  • Serve as primary point person to Analytics and Finance teams as it relates to marketing OKRs, scorecards, and internal dashboards
  • Identify operational gaps or inefficiencies and propose scalable solutions
  • Manage quarterly planning cycles and team-wide communication rhythms
  • Support CMO presentation and communication efforts
  • Drive agenda and content for all-hands, weekly standups, and planning meetings
  • Be a culture carrier who fosters transparency, performance, and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications
