Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product development and working with IT partners to launch new enhancements
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to apply strategic lens to solve problems and build solutions
- Clear communicator with experience presenting to leadership audiences and other stakeholders across the enterprise to influence key decisions and ensure alignment
- Travel up to 10% based on the needs of the business
Responsibilities
- Lead a team in the development of a roadmap that helps people gain protection against vaccine preventable diseases
- Lead the discovery and testing of initiatives that will improve the in-store workflow for delivering immunizations
- Leverage data and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure alignment and deliver solutions to support patients, pharmacy teams, and business objectives
- Regularly interact with field leaders and conduct store visits to validate that system enhancements are working as intended
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of pharmacy workflow and vaccine administration within the pharmacy channel
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed, and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty, and ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems
- Track record of building high performing teams, with a focus on team culture and development of team members
- Proven history of fostering agility and innovation by actively working with team on day-to-day work plans and helping team prioritize the most impactful work
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results by actively flexing between delegating to the team and individually contributing to work
- Master’s degree preferred
