Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field of study and typically 0-2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
- Ability to analyze and effectively communicate programmatic and financial information
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables
- Ability to be resourceful and apply appropriate problem solving skills
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance may be required
Responsibilities
- Provide pricing documentation to be utilized in proposal development including ‘what-if’ program cost analysis
- Provide assistance in development of payment plans (Milestone, CLIN Liquidation, etc.)
- Assist in the utilization of product oriented or Business Area specific work breakdown structures (WBS) with responsibility assignment matrixes, WBS dictionaries, milestones, baseline establishment, and budgeting of projects/tasks
- Provide assistance in timely completion of PMPs and program baseline upon Contract Negotiation
- Review of Cobra budget data, ensuring budgets tie to program baseline and are not exceeding contract value. Work with PMs and APMs to complete program statusing, and ETC forecasting, resulting in accurate Program and Resource projections
- Develop management by exception reporting and analysis for senior management review
- Generate contractually required cost performance reports
- Provide notification to the Contracts department on limitation of cost or funds as required by the contract
- Provide Earned Value Management guidance, support, and reporting in accordance with established internal process and/or external requirements
- Participate in role specific working groups
- Partner with other Business Areas and Corporate Functional groups on process and tool improvement as it relates to the Program Financial Analyst role
