Requirements
- 5-7 years work experience in implementation or project management
- Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

- Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with the plan sponsor implementation team to gather and analyze client requirements
- Assists in developing implementation plans
- Works with internal departments to ensure the successful execution of implementation projects
- Interacts directly with plan sponsors, addresses inquiries, and provides guidance during the implementation process
- Facilitates mutually-beneficial relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact throughout the implementation process
- Delivers leadership and mentorship to the implementation team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
